Your deposit is due immediately in order to officially book a reservation. The rental payment is due upon arrival.
There will be a $250 damage deposit at the time of reservation. If there is no damage upon return, the deposit will be refunded in full. Deposit must be paid by credit card/ACH only.
If the boat returns with mud and requires additional cleaning, there will be an additional $150 charge.
We provide all of the safety equipment needed. The only possible exception being the availability of life jackets for small children. We try to keep different sizes of children’s life jackets on hand but supplies are limited so we suggest bringing one for small children to ensure they have a perfect fit!
Nothing is allowed to be pulled behind our rentals.
All renters must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and credit card.

Gas and tax are not included in the rental prices. The craft will leave with a full tank of gas. Upon return, it will be refilled so you will only be charged for the amount of gas you used.
No form of grill is allowed on the boat.
We have a 7 day cancelation policy.
BOAT RENTAL RAIN/WEATHER POLICY: A refund may be given in the event of heavy rain or stormy weather at the time of your rental. A refund WILL NOT be given for sprinkling, slow drizzle, or light rain. A refund will be pro-rated if you must return early due to heavy rainy/stormy weather. You must request any refund the day of your rental in person at our facility. We will not honor refund requests by e-mail or phone call. All refunds will be contingent upon owner’s approval.
The most common thing damaged when renting a boat is the propeller. Replacement cost of a propeller is approximately $300. We offer prop insurance for $75. This covers the damage to the propeller only.
